Kauffman's Fruit Farm Review/Giveaway

When my family and I travel on vacations to various places we always love to stop at roadside stands and fruit farms to purchase some homemade goodies. You are able to get some very yummy items from these places like jellies, jams, fruits, butters and other things. Something that we have always noticed is you can't find these homemade goodies in the stores. This year our family don't get to enjoy stopping at these places because we are just staying home this summer. Due to being pregnant and moving we decided to stay home and take it easy.

When Kauffman's sent me three items to review I was so excited. This year I may not have been able to go on a vacation but I do get to enjoy some of my favorite things from a fruit farm. We were sent the 7 Day Sweet Pickles, Sweet Dried Apple Snitz, and also Apple Butter. Kauffmans offer so many different items. They offer Cider, Butters, Drinks, Jams, Jellies and more.

The 7 Day Sweet Pickles ($3.95) came at the perfect time. Since, we were having my brothers graduation party I knew these were going to be a huge hit during the cookout. My family loves sweet pickles and these are truly one of the best sweet pickles I have ever tired. These pickles have a really nice flavor and do offer the perfect amount of sweet. The pickles are much wider sliced then typical pickles you purchase in the store. These are great for eating on the side of your food unless you like a big wide sliced sweet pickle on you burger. I can say that these were a huge hit because everyone was asking where to get them and if I had more.
The Sweet Apple Snitz ($3.00) are perfect for snacking on and they will go pretty fast. I have never tried Apple Snitz before and I was really impressed with the taste of them. I didn't know if I would like the texture of the Snitz but that was not a issue for me especially with the taste.  As soon as the bag was open I swear my kids and I had these ate up within the day. Not sure if we should have ate the whole bag that fast but they are really good. These would be great not only for snacking but also make for a great breakfast.
The last item I had the chance to review was the Apple Butter Spread ($4.00). Now this had to be my favorite out of all of the items I was sent. I love Apple butter for my toast, bagels, and yes even french fries. I know the last one may sound crazy but my mom always at Apple Butter with french fries and I developed the taste for it too. This Apple Butter is so creamy and spreads very nicely. There is No sugar or artificial sweeteners added. This has been one of my family must have items for breakfast. The flavor is spot on. The only complaint I wish I had more.
