Bricor Bravco PC Shower Head Review/Giveaway

My hubby and little boy love to take showers but sometimes, they take a long time. This can run up both the water and electric bills. I can understand wanting to soak in the shower, especially when you have had a long day and your body is aching. Luckily for my family, I have come across a company who offers shower heads that help with the problem of over using so much water when taking a shower. The Bricor company has sent me a shower head to test. Not only are these shower heads stylish but they are also great at offering a low flow shower stream that is really relaxing.

How does it work?

Water enters our patented VACUUM flow “booster” valve where it is aerated and compacted under pressure. Due to the intense force of the vacuum chamber, the aerated water “explodes” as it exits the shower head, creating a powerful shower stream at a very low flow rate (1.25 gallons per minute or less).

1. Improves Shower Performance
2. Saves Water and Energy
3. Helps Solve Low Pressure Problems
4. Reduces Scale

Bravo PC (pressure compensated) low flow shower head $39.99

Bricor Engineering, the world leader in low-flow shower head technology, is now the FIRST to develop a pressure compensated vacuum venture showerhead for the low-flow shower head industry. Using Pressure Compensated Vacuum Flow Physics it ‘boosts’ the flow stream delivery to a FIT value of 10.16 dynes, when tested at 1.575 gpm* @ 50 psi.
I decided to put the new shower head in our kid's bathroom because my little boy loves to play in the shower, so I knew I would be able to really tell the difference in their shower. The process to attach the shower head was very simple. You simply take off the old shower head, clean around the attachment area, add plumbers tape, and screw on the new shower head. Within a few minutes the whole job was complete. When it was time for our little boy's shower, he was thrilled to see a new shower head. The excitement on a little 5 year old's face over a shower head is just way too funny.

When we turned on the shower we were really surprised at the water flow. It was like any other shower head that I have used, you would never guess that it was a low flow shower head. Not only does this shower head look great but it also works really well too. Most shower heads have a problem of dripping after they are turned off, this can last for minutes. After installing this shower head, I have heard no drips after turning the shower off.

I have enjoyed our new shower head from Bricor and can't wait to see how much lower the electric and water bill after switching from my old one.
