Hop Along Friday "November 4, 2011"

Welcome to the Hop Along Friday! As always, we welcome you to each hop and hope you have a great time participating. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me or any one of the other hostesses.
Before we begin, we would like to share a few simple rules for our hop.

YouBeauty.com

About YouBeauty.com: **********We believe beauty isn’t just some “skin deep” or vapid concept. It’s quite the contrary. You’re hardwired to recognize beauty because it reflects inner health: Sleep better and you’ll have fewer wrinkles, eat healthier and your skin will be clearer, de-stress and you’ll get less grays. There’s real science behind beauty.

We want to bring this science to you, so we founded YouBeauty.com. Here, we’ve made science personalized, accessible and—as is the You Docs way—actually fun. We arm you with proven tools to measure and improve your inner and outer beauty.

We’re not doing it alone; we’ve recruited the best in science, beauty and fitness to replace myths with proven facts and quantitative measurements.

The end goal: Achieving your true potential. You’ll be amazed at your results!**********

Tips For Our Kids Teeth After Trick Or Treating

Trick-or-treating is super fun, just look at all the candy we get, I mean our kids. Although, that much sugar can be pretty bad for our kids teeth. I have some great tips to help your kids teeth, during all of the Halloween candy eating. You can check out Dr. Singh, funder and CEO of Arch Dental’s five tips for enjoying your Halloween treats!

1.       Choose candy that melts quickly and can be eaten easily.
2.       Have a glass of water after eating candy to wash away the sugar and neutralize the acid.
3.       Avoid grazing on candy; it increases the time sugars are in contact with tooth enamel.
4.       Have a treat with or after a meal, followed by a thorough tooth-brushing .
5.       Time is of the essence when it comes to teeth and sugar. If not removed by brushing, or swishing with water, sugar from any source can increase the likelihood of cavities.
