Carmex Healing Lotion and Carmex Healing Cream Review/Giveaway

I love to keep my skin hydrated and soft throughout the winter months. This can be really hard if you don't have really good lotion or cream to help with this. Using something that has great moisturizing effectiveness to it is really important to help with this. You wouldn't believe the brands I have tried and the money I have spent trying to find effective and great products.  My husband and I both are huge fans of Carmex with the effectiveness it offers. Carmex offers a really nice variety of products to help. My husband works on the river and in the winter sometimes he works in -0 degree weather and it can get really cold and we all know what cold can do. Carmex offers what we are looking for in products to helps our skin during these cold months.

About the company: Carmex lip balm was invented in 1937 by Alfred Woelbing, literally on the family stovetop. For the next 20 years, Alfred and his wife made Carmex by hand and poured it into the familiar yellow-capped jars. Eventually production moved out of the Woelbing home and into a rented facility in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, where it remained until the move in 1975 to its current site in Franklin, Wisconsin. Carma Labs employs about 100 people and is still owned and operated by the family: Alfred's grandsons Eric and Paul Woelbing. The Woelbing stove is now used for cooking things the family can actually eat.

I was sent a really nice gift set of two different products full sizes along with smaller tubes; the Carmex Healing Lotion and the Carmex Healing Cream. These products were perfect for our skin. With the cold weather already starting our skin is in need for extra attention. I was so happy with each product. The creaminess of the lotion and the cream was perfect. I am also a huge fan of not having products that make your skin and hands all greasy.

My skin was really needing to get hydration back into it. Where I go to the tanning bed and also the chill in the air. My skin was starting to dry out and well just look dull. Within a few days I could tell a huge difference in my skin from using these products. Carmex is not a product that you have to keep applying over and over again because it isn't working. With these items you don't have to use a whole lot because it really rubs over the skin with ease and really seeps in. Not having to use a lot makes it last longer, which in return saves you money. There is also a very pleasant smell that comes from the products, which is a really nice bonus. My family and I are extremely happy with these products.
