I have been doing a lot of yoga here lately which I am a huge fan of. But, I am wanting to switch up a little and really get some definition to my body. I used to do workouts all the time before I had kids. Once, I had kids I somehow got into yoga. I was so happy when the Jari Love Get Extremely Ripped Boot Camp arrived at my house. I could not wait to try it out. I decided to go with a 10 minute workout my first time, since it had been quite a while since I had done this kind of a workout. Usually I am really relaxed and in tranquility. So, having a change really vamped me up. 


So, of course I went and got some work out clothes on, my tennis shoes, and my dumb bells. The first thing I noticed was the music, it really got me into the mood and kept me really motivated. Music is a very important part to exercising, at least I personally think so. I also noticed that this is great for men and women. Making it a great time for you and your better half to get in shape together. 


It didn't take long before I could feel the burn and to be honest it felt great. Of course not so much the next day. But, if you feel the burn you know it is working. Plus, I think I was working muscles that hadn't been used for quite a while. 


I love how it does a little bit of everything from abs, cardio, and strength. Allowing every part of your body to get the benefit of the workout. I am now up to a 30 minute workout, can't wait until I can do the 1 hour.
