Educational Insights "Design & Drill" Review/Giveaway

There are so many things that are cute with little ones. One thing that always gets me and makes me melt is when they they to do things that you do. Whether it be clean like you do or they try to fix things with their little play tools. This is great because they are learning what we do as adults and also they get comfortable with everything. I have seen my little boy more times then I can count getting his tools into his tool box and trying to fix things around the house. So, when I had the chance to review Design & Drill Take Along Toolkit by Educational Insights I was so happy because it offered my little boy something other then just what the tools like black & decker or craftsmen little toys offers.

This is such a great product for little boys and also for little girls that love tools too. When I was little I would play with tools with my dad and I thought it was the coolest thing in the world. So, when my boy first saw the Design & Drill he was so excited since the drill actually worked. It does take 3 AA batteries which is no big deal since we have batteries in our home like they are going our of style or something. One thing I did notice is that there is a switch that way you can go either forward or backward which is really nice and keeps him wanting to play more. Most little drill only go one direction. Plus the button they have to push is a great size for their little fingers. I love how everything can easily be stored in the case and it folds out perfectly on his lap if he is in the car.  With all the bold bright fun colors it really keeps little ones wanting to interact with it. Another great thing is the three drill bit sizes which is great he can either use a flat head style, Phillips style, or bolt style bit. But, they all work on all the bits, but it does make them feel like they are big like daddy changing the bits around. This is a great product and I am sure my little boy will have a long time having fun playing with this.

Also offered is a few other products in the Design & Drill that you may also love to check out.
