Kelapo Coconut Oil and it has been great in everything I have added it to when cooking or baking.
A little bit about the company: Since opening for business, Kelapo has focused on providing the market’s highest quality virgin coconut oil. Each of their products is a direct reflection of our commitment to wholesome, sustainable living. They personally base their healthy lifestyle around organic nutrition, regular exercise, and natural remedies. One way we do this is by incorporating coconut oils into their own everyday recipes and routines, and they take great joy in making their benefits available to friends, family, and customers.
During my review on the product Coconut Oil I used it several times in several different meals. The flavor that coconut oil gives food is amazing it has a different taste then Crisco or Vegetable oil which I still use in my home but this gives a great flavor to the food you are cooking and also the smell while cooking it goes throughout the house. The first thing I tried it with was a recipe I got from their blog Island Chicken with Tropical Salsa and Coconut Rice which let me say oh my was it good. For one we are huge chicken eaters and this was an amazing dish. We have also used it in serveral other dishes like omelets, pork, vegetable stir fry just to name a few and the flavors were great.
